ISOSWEET® High Fructose Corn Syrup

ISOSWEET® 100 High Fructose Corn Syrup is a high conversion corn syrup that is enzymatically derived and isomerized to produce a saccharide composition which consists primarily of dextrose and fructose. It is an extremely sweet and clear syrup, refined by means of an ion-exchange system to assure its meeting the highest of food standards in terms of color, clarity, flavor and ash. It also meets all sweetener standards established by the National Soft Drink Association, including those on microbiological limits. Sweetener; ISOSWEET® 100 High Fructose Corn Syrup can be used in practically any application that conventionally employs sucrose or invert sugar.

ISOSWEET® 180 High Fructose Corn Syrup is a high solids version of ISOSWEET® 100, produced by increasing the dry substance content of ISOSWEET® 100 from 71% to 80%. ISOSWEET® 180 High Fructose Corn Syrup is intensely sweet, has good color and clarity, and is relatively low in viscosity. It is processed to meet the highest of food standards in terms of color, clarity, and ash. ISOSWEET® 180 High Fructose Corn Syrup is designed to meet processing requirements for an extremely sweet, high solids syrup, especially when cooking or evaporation stages are integral to the process.

ISOSWEET® 5500 High Fructose Corn Syrup is a second generation high fructose corn syrup having a fructose content of 55% compared to the 42% fructose level of first generation products. It is produced by a multiple enzyme conversion process, concentrated in fructose content, and carefully refined to conform to the highest standards of color, clarity, flavor and ash. It also meets all standards set by the National Soft Drink Association, including microbiological limits.
